The average end user in North America doesn't understand the impact of electronic technology on their lives, never mind the government and business systems that created most of it, end users subsidizing their efforts. This is a break-through for America, a governor in one state commenting in front of the public social media, about a crime in another state. I see this as bringing it up front and center as being dealt with by government, far better than just waiting for it to erupt into race riots that create new customers to ship to for-profit prisons.
