When police were killing Afro-Americans in the streets while they were being video recorded, I was tempted to think they were part of a President Trump agenda, also seeing him as being re-elected so they wouldn't be prosecuted. The crimes were so obvious it created those thoughts in me. The fact that this shooter stopped could be as simple as not wanting to die after being wounded, giving up peacefully. My first question is was he on meth?
