This Prime Minister was elected in a fair election. Haiti was always ruled by an empire nation after Europeans discovered it. After the first fair election when a local was elected, Americans assassinated him and took over, again. The sugar cane and rice crops of Haiti were fire-bombed during the Clinton administration, and rice from Arkansas, the state Past President Clinton came from, was sold to Haiti, saying it was his only regret as president.
