@heavierthanlight7173 : I'm not here just to contradict you, just uplift you. American soldiers are in124 countries and they weren't invited. Americans have "extra-territorial laws" that over-ride the laws of the countries they are in. There are no extradition laws in America for financial crimes, and American soil has presence in foreign countries. America also has nuclear strength non-nuclear weapons. America has to create enemies to continue weapons production as the "police of the world", when they only bring suffering and poverty. Other nations don't describe themselves as super-powers and don't want to be one. Even Russia walked away from the cold war, called glasnost, saying it wasn't worth spending as much money as Americans. I say the fall of the American empire, but if America embraced that globally and brought all military and C.I.A. employees back to the United States, and just paid them to be here as retirees, the money saved would pay for medicare and education for all, and laid-off soldiers could be hired to rebuild the damages from hurricanes and wildfires. University is free for Scottish citizens. In Japan, universities show how smart they are by investing your tuition and giving it back when you graduate. How's that?
