When I'm talking with older people, I'm 72, I have logical reasons for behavior they don't like. I hear I forget, or I can't concentrate, saying they're getting old and starting to lose it. I say they aren't. I remind them how long they've been living in the same house, driving the same car, doing the same things every day, day after day, because they're retired and don't have any new work to do. It's too easy to be doing all that without having to think about it, so you might be thinking in a new way about other things while you're not thinking about it. Everyone likes that explanation. Me too.

@Sunny bob Quackers Thanks for kind of asking. I was seeing too many comments insulting the grandfather, some calling for the death penalty. I just wanted to show it's easy to forget something, and described a classic rock band... experience, thinking people could relate to that.

@susansage7218 There wouldn't be any smell. They say grandfather, how old was he? I'm 72. I know seniors with cars who shouldn't be on the road, but they just drive in their neighborhood for shopping, not traveling. Pulling out and getting hit or hitting is a biggie.

@packyay8793 I've never had my hands on a Tesla, just seeing them. That was a sly comment on my behalf, because not everyone locks their cars up around here, and I'm sure most Americans don't leave windows a little open in a public parking lot.

@Sunny bob Quackers No, Russia is a real country founded by real people, the Rus. A friend of mine signed a one-year contract with the Moscow symphony, playing bass, feeling it was time to leave Hawaii. I know any American shouldn't walk the streets in Russia, but Scottish people can. We never attacked another country in war and there never was any form of slavery. We had that in common with Russia. The United States went after Russia, not the other way around.

@Sunny bob Quackers If you are in North America and you are reading about Russia in Americanized English, I wouldn't even bother. There are too many descendants of Jesus of Nazareth, and his disciples, along with ancient refugees from the Garden of Eden in Scotland, why there never was slavery, why Scotland never attacked another country, and why, when you say Scot it's pronounced scoot, what became a modern word when English, the prophesied language, came around. @Sunny bob Quackers It's too late. I saw the degeneration of the American mind begin with legal L.S.D. My ancestors are historically non-smokers, non-drinkers, as Sons and Daughter of the Gael who speak Gaelic. I was born a month overdue by natural childbirth. I'm a life-long non-smoker, non-drinker, no tea or coffee, having a health and natural abilities others don't. No diabetes, no allergies, over 20-50 vision. I do not say this in vanity, just supporting your desire for an authentic humanity.

@stacyjaye6350 : What I described as "a vehicle for adding narcotics" is called biker weed around here. If you take natural marijuana and add powders, crystals or sticky, being a little sticky or very sticky, that's narcotic weed. It's easier to narcotize hashish, and as they say, the best hash is made with old Harley-Davidson motor oil. Watch out for sticky meth. Someone can have a small shiny circle on their wrist, like a dime, and if they rub that against you three times in one week you're addicted. Meth-head hookers say the first one is free, and if you can get off with them you pay if you want it the next time.You can see how wrong that is..

Learning as humans, improving as humans, and taking care of all the lands and waters and the creatures that live, is part of having dominion over Gods' good earth. Your ancestry should be more important than any nationality or religion. As far as having French and English ancestors, did they meet during their 100 Year War? No wonder you're conflicted.
