The gold standard was removed a long time ago, meaning American money is only worth what you're willing to do to get it. China has owned more American bonds than Americans, and if they called them in America would bankrupt. Americans print money so they have palette loads for foreign warlords they work with. As a country, America is smaller than Canada and is overpopulated for the food you Americans grow. A president who uses prostitutes and has trophy wives really does represent the former American dream, when most Americans now are dreaming of going outside and having enough to eat.

If you want to describe life on earth as being influenced by one country, you have to look at Scotland. The Holy Bible in English, The English Dictionary, The Encyclopedia Britannica, let's look at those. You know the Holy Bible. It was the Holy Roman Empire, not England, when a prophesied global language was delineated. The invention of an encyclopedia taught Europeans that natives of the "new world" weren't just running dogs with no language or prayer, what the English and other empire builders were saying.
