@pg9193 : Someone else said there was a fire in the building last year and that's why it's vacant. Wow! If office buildings in the United States are abandoned because of the virus that must be a world real estate record. Is that like castles made of sand slipping into the sea, eventually?

@themastertater420 : I have to admit I don't understand what you typed and for sure I don't get it, also not seeing it as positive or negative. I can say I'm seeing "Tater Saladwithbacon", thinking you might use sour cream. You should try Caesar with bacon salad dressing, what got to be my favorite.

@themastertater420 : You sound Cajun compared to me. I first had Caesar with bacon on perogies instead of sour cream, how I got into it. Instead of cooking vegetables I use it as a dip, always a nice contrast with other food. I love mustard, a basic food group for me, but I've never heard of hot n sweet before. You've got me looking for it now.

@geoslabs7065 : I can only be open and honest, so no, I've never been to New York. I feel like I have and I can visualize many places because of all the TV shows, news and movies I've seen in my lifetime. As far as finances, I see New York City as being globalized before computers took over, being a gateway to America for many Europeans with various off-shore wealth. Maybe I had Trump on the brain after watching his Georgia rally, the first time I watched him from start to finish. As a graphic artist, remember I Love New York, as letters with a red heart for love? After 9/11 I would have used a blue tear instead of the heart to be I Feel Sad For New York. I'm surprised nobody did that. And that's my New York moment. You inspired it.

@smiller2044 : You changed my impression of New York City. It's always filled with busy people, almost shoulder to shoulder on main streets. The last New York real estate news I read was about a huge, new complex with many buildings, with it's own subway and bus stops, almost a city within a city.

@geoslabs7065 : Everything you are saying not only makes sense to me, but is what I'm seeing overall. The pandemic is being used to drive people indoors and online, creating a global online market. America built the world wide web and greed-heads used it as "free trade", eventually becoming off-shore. American tax-payers who paid for it don't get any financial benefits. When I think of the BLM movement, New York stands out as a city that celebrated it, having the first big signs on streets and urban artwork. Doing one in front of Trump Tower was a highlight. The lack of a federal response to the pandemic is a crime against American humanity. Whoever made that decision at the White House was not acting in the best interests of Americans. I hope we both know no more suffering, but that's a long shot.
