They gamed the court and electoral system so natives and slaves had no rights. They gamed the court system for the French and Spanish governments who owned more of North America than they did. One example. The defense lawyer isn't a court employee in America. They can do whatever they want to get their client off or find a fix, not justice. They don't have to hand in all their evidence to the court and they get to personally attack witnesses instead of just questioning their testimony.

I'm sure you know all the controversies in America about sexual identity, the biggest part of Republican culture wars. That's where trans-voter comes from. Politics is about compromise.
