Back in Niagara Falls, you can pick out people from Ohio, saying Ohio because I can see it across Lake Erie sometimes. When Past President Trump says WW3, he's thinking as if The United States is still the only nuclear super-power on earth. WW3 already happened, and a New York Times best-seller in the 1960s describes it, "How Japan Lost the War but Won the Peace".
