@raulcitraro Why do you believe someone representing Trump, considered the greatest presidential liar? She's talking politics and she wishes that's all it was about, because Trump has been convicted.

@ficialintelligence1869 You are ignoring the fact it's legal strategy. What is this saying, forgetting to check a box on basic paperwork? How can that work for Trump? It's something he can use to say he wants a retrial, because his lawyer made a mistake. He's already known for fraudulent use of checking boxes on his website for financial donations.

@Stuckinthemiddle3 Choosing a bench trial is considered the best legal move by lawyers. A judge is more acute about what is considered evidence in his court, and can only base his decisions on the evidence. That also gives you only one person to take over and make him decide your way.
