  7. The United States doesn't have any extradition laws for financial crimes committed in foreign countries. Past President Trump, a global businessman, brought his crimes to the attention of Americans by bringing them to home soil. The "state" can't bring civil complaints and penalties for "whatever they want". They deal with criminal complaints, and Trump has been found guilty of fraud a few times already. So has his banker, doing time and now a witness against him. Get a grip, because sooner or later this political reality will bump up against you in real life. I hope you like real life.

I know Trump talks about hate and a majority of his followers are haters, if not racists, but it's supposed to be about American politics. If Trump had any imagination he would use The Salem Witch Trials as a legal strategy. Back then a judge ruled the dreams and visions of people who saw witches could be used as evidence in court. That's where Trump is at, insulting dreams and visions of a United States that isn't great again until he makes it great again. That's not happening.

I see you are just joining the conversation, most Americans already seeing Past President Trump as doing this on purpose, so he can have something else to make up lies about so he comes off as not being as guilty as he is. You talk about lawyers as being naive. Defense lawyers in the United States aren't court employees, as they are in other countries. They don't have to hand in all their evidence to the court and can do anything to get their clients "off" or "find a fix", and both of those aren't justice. Being out of touch with reality is Washington, not having any extradition laws for financial crimes committed in foreign countries. Americans are also out of touch with reality when it comes to foreign countries, having "extra-territorial laws" that over-ride the laws of the country their military is in. Do you really need to live in an empire to have a good life? It never is.
