The way Trump walked all over the rules and kept talking is what made debate organizers say if it's not your turn to talk your mike will be off. Trump agreed to this. Now that Trump is making excuses to walk away from the debate, he's lying about Kamala changing the rules, when all she did is agree with him, saying keep the mikes on all the time.
