I can see the strategy behind building all these empty homes. The Chinese are going to do what Americans and Israelis did in Israel. They are going to let foreigners who convert to being Chinese have a right of return, so they move to China and pump up statistics to make them look like more of a country. You won't have to learn to speak Chinese to get in, as long as you bring your own pair of chopsticks.
