  23. As a Canadian I say this is the fault of the first Trudeau. Quebec sells out the rest of Canada for their own benefit. Pierre Trudeau made an American deal with prairie oil, low prices, a 25 year deal, unheard of in this industry, with a 25 year renewal upon demand. That created a rebellion resulting in the Reform Party.
