  3. Are you blaming Russia for not "winning" right away? Are you going to criticize Russians for not spending more money on their military than their own citizens? They walked away from Americas' cold war, saying it was insane trying to keep up with American military spending, more than the next seven biggest spenders. The United States betrayed their peace treaty with Russia, what created this hostility.
