But then, I might be used to more aggressive behavior in my home town, because there are four different club-houses owned by four different outlaw motorcycle organizations.

  12. Maybe eight years ago Quebec passed a new law, making it a crime to commit a crime in the name of a criminal organization, so they could target Hells' Angels. After many Hells' Angels left for Ontario the province of Ontario passed the same law. All this media and no-one asks your questions. Why?
