Considering the many problems Americans have with medicare, not being able to afford hospitalization, what's this air ambulance doing taking Mexican patients to Mexico? The good works of Shriners are known to me, but this a surprise. Is this a rich people thing?

@skyboy1956 I was wondering if this was a rich person thing. If you can have a jet bring you from one country to another for treatment, as an individual, you have to be rich.

@kimmyb504 I see what you're saying, but taking one child across the border for surgery sounds like a rich people thing. In Ontario, helicopter ambulances are ordinary, but they don't go over the border.
