Anthony Davenport : Plus Stepford Wives. Peyton Place was diet drug abuse, qualudes. Stepford Wives was about trophy wives.

Gordon Fornow : You have a big point about most Americans, because I'm not seeing what you're saying anywhere else during this election. Most comments are about President Trump making Past President George W. Bush look less stupid.

Gordon Fornow : Oh! I felt that heavy sigh. Do not despair, even a little. I'm seeing a mental haze of media-madness lifting after the next election. Americans might be taking it personally, but it's not just about America. The effect of a global consciousness opening up online is allowing more input from all over the world, like me, a Scottish Canadian. The election hysteria of Americans and the stress of global input will disappear after the election. It will improve our lives by allowing a more personal and humane use, as people emerge from dark political clouds. I got new batteries for my Crybaby wah-wah pedal, so I'm going to try and channel Jimi Hendrix for a new America the Beautiful, getting mellow with it. Criminals using online to oppress populations has been bad history all over the world, but public social media has let the general population catch up. We are proof of that.

An old Scots saying: Wise men agree and fools seldom differ.

Anthony Davenport : Thank you for your polite reply. Let me say that for the last week my replies have been more polite, more for the fact that I'm not getting as many President Trump supporters coming on to me. No physical threats for over a month. Stepford wives, Peyton place wives, drones and trolls, what are we here, centrists or globally conscious?

Anthony Davenport : A Canadian professor, Marshall McCluhan wrote "The Media is the Message", in the sixties. It describes the impact of computers on society and describes the mind of mankind before the Industrial Revolution. He said the act of watching media is more important than the content, and what he said is happening and will happen, as we like to publish ourselves online for free, outside of ordinary American law.
