  1. Early voting should be illegal. An authentic early vote happens when a voter is incapacitated, in a hospital or at home. A public auditor would visit with a ballot and witness it being signed. Off-shore Americans could vote by mail. Early voting is an early way for politicians to see which way the vote is going for their own benefits.
