  1.  @John-hw3ds  not at all. NAC is a natural amino acid found in many supplements. I was taking it solo 600 mg until I found it in my liver rejuvenate supplement called Liverwell. Get sum!!

  2. Oh Wow!! Dr Scheult goes mainstream sort of! I have watched over 100 of his videos in the last year and half. They are great! I am also a chemist which maybe the reason why I became obsessed with his videos.
