  1. Something missing here is the pressure on the jury members holding out. A lay juror could not hold out on a conviction knowing he could be outed or doxxed by the other jurors.

  2. The due process that David keeps harping on is not possible. the judge is trying a federal law case in a state court at the same time as a state felony requiring the federal law. It is impossible to do. The judge cannot allow it to be a felony case in state court.
