  1. Swapping well established characters are almost always a bad idea. It works for Dr Who or the Trill in Star Trek, but those are the few exceptions. Can you imagine Tom Cruise becoming Blade? Or Magneto played by Jamie Foxx? Or can you imagine 50-100 years from now some Asian actor playing MLK, just for kicks? Terrible and stupid.
