  1. 1. That hair looks amazing. 2. I agree with Tom Crouchman that the channel was no longer the same after Jixuan stopped showing up. You were both important and made the show better by easily being able to switch the tone when necessary. If only you found better ways to make the algorithm happy while also streamlining the video making process. But I fully understand how even when you love the topic, it can be really hard to stay motivated and always on track with the latest happenings. The news business is not for everyone. You really need to feel very comfortable with the same routine over long periods of time and it also helps having a team, so that the finished product can be done without anyone getting stressed and burnt out. 3.
