@XDarkGreyX I think we already have the answer. Someone who openly admits to being difficult sometimes, as well as not finding that topic offensive, is someone with accountability. To me, that's an obvious sign of someone who actually tries, but just doesn't like to be treated as being a normie - for obvious reasons. And it makes sense to dislike people being forceful about rules. Normies vary wildly in terms of skill, performance/output and work ethics. And yet, as long as they cover their tasks, there's no need to force them to fit a certain pattern. That's why I think there's room for neurodivergent people in plenty of jobs. If they can do it without being more of a burden than the average employee who needs assistance here and there, it's great to have them cranking with the rest because the net output matters the most to a business.
