Not talking about it doesn't make it fly under the radar of the various corporations eager to take down their stuff. Many times people hear about some project after the DMCA takedown happened.

Paying for something that you don't own is an old concept. Movie or theater tickets give us even less than a copy of some game that runs offline, despite not owning the game but just the legal right to a copy of it. Ultimately it's up to consumers what they spend their money on. So the more we support developers who give us offline copies of something that isn't heavily restricted, the better.

@hakology Sure, but the interview hosted by someone with Bryan's audience would give it more exposure than any of us commenting about the service. That was my point - if it's about not drawing attention to the Internet Archive, the interview would accomplish the opposite.
