The irony of their statement is that even a known left-leaning media company (CNN) showed how X has become the most balanced social media network, just last November - according to their own research. They claim that in 2022 Twitter users were 65% Democrat and 31% Republican, and in 2024 that changed to 48% Democrat and 47% Republican. So it's quite ironic to see an organization claim they want free speech but run away when there actually is free speech. Regardless of that, the Debian OS is great and I have no problem using it every now and then. My only wish is the people behind it will eventually understand that they've been duped into believing that everyone is against them if they don't cheer for them. Truly diverse people align with a diversity of values, and a mature person understands that without making a fuss about it. Despite differences, we still share plenty.
