  1. As Mark on X said, accidents are possible, people can make mistakes. And because we don't have the results of the investigation at this time, I won't speculate on DEI, but two huge questions rise up: 1. Is it really possible that the air traffic controller (ATC) didn't warn the two crafts about their positions with enough time in advance to avoid this disaster? 2. Given how it is indeed possible that the pilots looked inside their aircrafts, so assuming human error, how is it even possible that the helicopter had a flight path intersecting frequent civilian flights, and who would choose that path so close to a known airport with a lot of traffic? So it really is possible that the ATC messed up while the pilots messed up, but what exactly is the excuse for a military training flight to cross paths with civilian flights? That's insane.
