  12. 1) leaks of this magnitude are bad. Shows how big a deal this is if a clerk risks jail and their career over it. 2) this is devastating for precedence as these 5 justices are ignoring centuries of respect for it. We have seen precedent over ruled in the past but it was always to go.forward with human rights. Not backwards. 3)I am having a hard time understanding how the 14th amendment to self governance doesn't apply anymore. 4)if presented today one would think the argume t would be stronger seeing as another round of justices concurred with casy vs planned parenthood.

  14. Not really. This draft decision ignores stare decisis. It would ruin the legitimacy of the courts and also call into question the word of all 5 justices who then would have lied in their confirmation hearings. I wouldn't call it a distraction I would call it a spotlight.

  15.  @somenygaard  you obviously don't understand gerrymandering meandering or the absolute favoritism republicans have in their number of senators and electors. Republicans haven't won the popular vote in 30 years yet here they are posing their beliefs onto the majority

  16.  @somenygaard  ya, look at LA county and see how many electors they get per person. Then look at the ones from the flyovers. They all have more per capita. Same in the senate. Kentucky who has never once ever contributed financially to the nation gets the same say as California. That's not right. Seeing as you guys keep calling for war and to separate I say go for it.

  27. This isn't about state or federal laws, this is the constitution. All laws whether federal or state have to fall withing the bounds of the constitution. The constitution affords a woman the 14th amendment right of self governance. No laws can trump that whether it's state or federal. The Supreme Court decide if laws break the constitution. That's all they do. For 50 years restricting abortion was deemed against the constitution. Now these 5 justices think they know better. F that
