Before they allowed people to get these mortgages they said "if your black you can't ". So time went on and all the real-estate got bought up by white people. Fast forward 80 years and here we are. There hasn't been that much time that has passed. That's the reason I bring this up. Because we are literally seeing the results of those policies now.
