He had the benefit of national attention and got that in small donations. He farther went on to say the constraints put on a candidate to have to raise that kind of money to run essentially forces them to go to people with money. It goes on to say how he thinks it should be 100% transparent blah blah blah. Like I said, context. You watched a one .instead clip of a ten minute segment
