@CB-db1qx you nailed it. This did start initially with Gingrich. He rightlt realized the people were moving left and didn't like the idea of trickle down economics. So he decided the best way to go is fully obstruct any agenda the democrats have. This has gone so far that even defending our democracy is on the table. I am thankful there is a bipartisan group of senators working on it still but it's truly scary to see people making an effort to subdue democracy. Also how many are willing to stand there and cheer it on.
