As an employer, American institutions have to compete with the private sector for the smartest people. Maybe take a minute to think things through before posting

I wouldn't want someone without any training teaching our kids just like I wouldn't want someone with no training operating on me. I am sure you're a professional in your field, how do you feel about unqualified people in your profession
