Funny because neither sides news is reporting that

I find it funny how fox never actually explains inflation to its viewers and where it comes from.

@kurtdowney1489 holy sh!t that much?
6
@Er-sv5tn I have two apple trees and a vegetable garden I just turned over the weekend. Wife and I are thinking chickens and goats too.
5
Agreed, we shouldn't have let the last guy spend like a drunken sailor
4
@bruconicinfernon4noplatoon317 he also lied during his confirmation
3
@davids.2703 this guy basically just said, the predictive text from my phone recognizes FJB and let's go Brandon from my repeated use. Now I'm fascinated by it.
3
@lawrenceleverton7426 not when they spend an extra 2.25 trillion a year they don't. Good times are over yet the debt is still here
3
@feffygracie yep, married to one for almost 30 years now
2
@SteverRob well, China is still shut down, supply chains are still hurting, we have had near zero interest rates for 15 years, we spent like a drunken sailor with the last president and personal debt levels are high. Dont forget we also shut down cometely last year too. These are all factors in inflation. Also, inflation takes time to show in a market. At least a year or more. The inflation we are seeing are from moves he never made.
2
That's because he spent 2.25 trillion a year holding inflation back.
2
@sarahhayslip1793 ya, I don't know why we never taxed billionaires more. Is it fair that one person takes such a large chunk of the pie? Look at musk, he is richer than some small nations ffs.
2
So the wife racks up the credit card and almost maxes it out. Not on things necessarily for her but expensive things for the house, hiring expensive contractors and a little to hair and nails too. You get the card and bring it to it's limit buying brakes for the car. Who is at fault for this debt?
2
@terilineberger9489 I doubt it when you need a 60% vote in the senate to remove
2
@claytonevans5721 honestly I reread my post and it sounded sparky and that's not what I meant. I Agee its not a bad route for alot of people to try. Just throwing my 2 cents about our ability to over hunt. No offense and sorry if it was taken that way.
2
@claytonevans5721 unfortunately where I live on the west coast the fishing has been pretty horrible for years now and that used to be a staple in my home. Whether its pollution or over fishing its just not like it used to be. I am just saying that hunting and fishing as an option is getting harder by the year and may not be an option for some soon.
2
Mainly because they know Biden isn't create this inflation. They also know Biden was charged with the rescue plan after 08' and is our best chance to get through this. Weird how over a decade of near zero interest rates have a way of screwing a country
1
This is fox, they do have a rule their female hosts need to show skin.
1
Joonnie Boi Ball Less Defends Racism can't stand her. She is a female Hannity.
1
@JimSmithInChiapas the early 90's is what did it. I watched a show that sid the OJ chase in the white bronco increased ratings so much it influenced the way the news was presented to us. Think "breaking news" banners and 24 hour coverage saying the same thing over and over. All stations are guilty but I find fox and nbc the worst.
1
Do you really think this all his because of Biden? Please, if you don't understand the economy then ask someone who does so you can be informed
1
@josephloughrey3434 no they haven't. All they do is blame Biden and he hasn't made any moves big enough to cause this.
1
@SteverRob this is not only about current spending, it's about artificially low interest rates for too long coupled by massive supply chain problems and our own battle with covid. If you want a good conspiracy to think try this one. China is still shut down? Why? Why are they keeping their country behind bars? Could it be to spur inflation and weaken western counties. At the same time as Russia starts a land war he should have known he couldn't win? Couple that with the massive disinformation in our "news" that directly lines with Russian state propaganda and you have a coordinated attack on western democracies.
1
@TimeLessEntityT0 I agree about the low rates. Been that way for over over a decade now since 08'. Unfortunately with the way trump spent the FED couldn't risk rising the rates without risking inflation. I mean he spent an average of 2.25 trillion a year more than we had
1
@winsomemartinez I agree. The rebound effect from shutting down for covid was inevitable. I mean, the economy is generally a well oiled machine but when chunks get shut down the ripple effects hurt sectors you wouldn't think are intertwined.
1
@jojodixon1617 keep reading
1
@TimeLessEntityT0 true, remember trumps first two years was a super majority of Republicans so his spending wasn't exactly bipartisan until the pandemic.
1
@SteverRob sorry for butting in but no, not because it's only billions. Russia is challenging the western alliance and we need to be strong and united. If this is allowed then what? The Baltics Moldova? Maybe a chunk of Poland?
1
@SteverRob I do agree but we cannot look weak also. Biden ignoring putins warnings and still supplying the was effort has made putin look weak and that may turn into a scarier situation. That being said I don't think the Russian generals would allow a first strike.
1
@SteverRob so far Germany has supplied over 100 armored personelle carriers and over 200 tanks, Poland the same, Czechoslovakia has sent anti air units tanks and spare parts for migs. England has sent tanks and similar stuff as we have. Europe is in this as much or more than we are
1
If there is no fuel in the equation wouldn't that solve that problem? Also cleaner air.
1
Let’s Mass Debate because now many children will grow up in abject poverty.
1
@SteverRob no, he made 200 bn
1
@sarahhayslip1793 still not enough on his 200bn.
1
@sarahhayslip1793 so effectively a 10% tax bracket
1
@jefferybrockman3252 they also make 60% of all the money
1
Ya cause Biden probably was the one that shut down the plant in China that makes the food or the dock thats supposed to ship the container.. He also nailed your wife and gave you that bald spot.
1

1
@johnvang5567 inflation risks have been around for years since the 2008 recession. That's why the FED kept interest rates down. Essentially, Obama saved our butts in 08'. The FED kept rates low to hold inflation back and keep .arkets moving. The problem is the FED never brought rates back up. Lowering interest rates is a cushion for inflation. Without room to lower rates we see prices go up. That and war and covid hit the supply chains hard.
1
Listen kid, grow up and get through school and leave the talk of economics and politics to the adults.
1
@fearthekrazy1896 the people who created that debt. If you add the wars he started and the housing bubble he created you could probably attribute another 10 trillion to Bush Jr. Remember most of obamas spending was because bish left the country on the brink of insolvency. Just days before Bush left he bailed out feddymea and fanny Mac to the tune of almost a trillion.
1
Joonnie Boi Ball Less Defends Racism no one cares what you say bot
1
@TimeLessEntityT0 that's what democrats do. Obama had it down to 600bn a year before trump hiked it back up to 2 tn
1
@lawrenceleverton7426 can you explain to me how Biden has done this. He has spent FAR less than trump did and you're blaming Biden. Also, Biden has no control over China being shut down or how much oil.the Saudis will drill.
1
@jefferybrockman3252 tds is a term trumpers use to deflect actual points that prove they're sheep to a clown.
1
@daveruckert7926 I love how you never refuted anything because you cant
1
I don't blame you for backing down. Most of you guys do when asked actual questions and confronted with facts. You would rather slander me than understand which is just lazy intellectually IMO.
1
You I believe, are a bot
1
@claytonevans5721 deer are only in certain areas of the country and if they start looking like a source of food for alot more people we would probably hunt them into extinction like we almost did with the bison.
