  8.  @dontjerkmychain  depends where. If in kentucky his taxes only pay for 25% of the staes annual needs, the rest comes from prosperous blue states. So no, people in kentucky and many other red states dont contribute at all. What they do contribute is not nearly their share. If you only had 25% of your morgage paymemt and borrowed the rest did you pay the mortgage or did the lender? Worse yet is these arent loans, more akin to welfare at the state level.
