  11. I think proficiency should be the line. Take the marines for example. They are made to go through a two week course every year to remain proficient. Also, ask any marine if they're allowed to have a gun in their barracks. That just doesn't happen. Now I'm not saying the average person should be as proficient as a marine but annual testing isn't too much to aks for is it? I mean they're just letting 18 year old kids buy rifles. Maybe 40 years ago when kids had brains but not now ffs.

  17. Well we all get an opinion even us peasants. Red flag laws are probably the only way we will be able to do anything on this problem. That being said, the rigorous criteria would have to be met and anyone abusing that should be jailed. Just another peasants opinion.
