@daveruckert7926 new york cut the police budget because of coronavirus budget shortfalls. That year they were short 9 billion from their budget. I'm sure the same for others in your list but i didnt bother looking. Easily found with a simple search

@tocomment2209 citizens united gave Disney a first amendment right to have an opinion. Also, Him firing a DA today is eroding the separation of powers between the justice department and political establishment.

@dustinnunez5077 he can't just arbitrarily fire a DA for nothing. There was no case refused or law that was broken. Fun part is he said he is going into work tomorrow regardless.

@quirk8841 DeSantis punished them for exercising that right. That's against their first amendment right of reprisal from the government. Not sure how you don't see that?

@quirk8841 it was in response to disney opposing a bill. No one said it was well thought out. I imagine DeSantis didn't even know the furry creek liabilities before doing what he did. It was reactionary to them being opposed to a bill. Plain and simple. Like I said, just because it was stupid doesn't mean it was right or legal. Guess we will find out as Florida is being sued.
