A quick search found this Compared to control groups, those who were in Head Start were found to be significantly less likely to die in childhood (Ludwig & Miller, 2007), less likely to suffer from health problems (Fosberg et al, 1984), more likely to finish high school and go on to college (Bailey et al., 2018), and to be better off socially. But you only see the one metric and is why you see failure. I see a success in the improvement to life of those kids.

  15. First off red counties PAY FOR NOTHING in America. They don't even cover their own basic need. How it works is blue prosperous states give the red ones a welfare check every month to cover basic costs. So who exactly is paying for this? Blue areas, just like everything else in this country

The paper that allows red states with more cows than people to have the same clout as new york or California? There have been 27 ammendment to the constitution. First 10 are the bill of rights. That means the constitution has been changed 17 times to address mistakes. The political welfare example I gave above should be 28. If you guys paid your fair share it might be a different story but you don't. Your states don't collect taxes and then has the federal government make up the rest.
