Either they have the same weight or they don't. The 14th amendments right to privacy has never ended. Why is it these justices think it has. See what I mean? So if that's able to happen to that right then gun rights can always interpreted differently too.

Maybe a citizen who doesn't know the constitution should be president again. The first cites the government can not seek reprisal for your opinion. Can we agree so far? Okay, so when DeSantis took action against Disney for voicing an opinion thousands of their employees had, desantis punished them. Remember citizens united? That republican brainchild to keep money in politics? Well it afforded Disney the first amendment rightfrim reprisal which desantis broke. This should make everyone mad.

Perhaps a middle ground of background checks or red line laws are needed. Without that democrats are only left with taking the guns. For decades the right has blocked common sense background checks. That might not be needed in your one horse town but in cities it is direly needed along with other laws. Hell gangs just order their parts online now ND assemble their own arsenals. But you can't just legislate for cities and not rural too. So the problem really coming down to the right living up to what I've said for years. Theyre most selfish people to live on this planet and not smart enough to realize it. Sorry but it's true and it's killing kids because of it.

  43. If that's the case then why would a bunch of good old boy Texans want that to happen? The blowback would be obvious so why? Maybe to farther their arming effort?
