  9.  @mikebelongia6697  well in America it is the onus of the person making the allegation to prove it. They said the Supreme Court decided a case that proved me wrong. Am I not allowed to ask for the proof so I can read it myself? I don't just flap my lips here. I can back up everything I state as fact. If a person can't show proof then they shouldn't be saying things are fact.

  18.  @rleviness  I default to the law and what's good for the entire country when it comes to speech. The first allows you to say anything you want and the government cannot stop you. It doesn't give the right to do that wherever you want. That's when it can infringe on another person's rights. Believe me, we don't want sickos going to playgrounds saying things to kids and be able to use the constitution as a shield; hence why there are limitations on speech. I would guess it's been brought before the Supreme Court dozens of times and the law is well established why the limitations exist. That's what I believe in.
