  8.  @JohnDoe-ew3xt  well, I don't know. Those states having federal democrats and state level Republicans will probably lead to stagnation in those state. That's just my opinion though. It would be a benefit to federal democrats for it to happen but like I said, it would probably hurt the states due to legislative inaction.
