Comments by "" (@michaelhill8441) on "Democrats' push to federalize elections is 'shameful': Rep. Jody Hice" video.
@im2tweaked you got me there, he was caught and convicted. But that was in a primary election. I'm looking for proof any state was cheated in in the 2020 presidential election. I too can cite specific instances where Republicans too have been caught but that's not worth bringing up because they too were insignificant to change any results. Stay on topic.

@jeffreygunn3530 a person who cant afford a car wouldn't have any need to get a state issued ID in the first place. If they have to pay for one in order to vote then that goes against the 24th ammendment. Make it free and go into their neighborhoods to make sure each and every person that wants one can have one, then we can start the conversation. Also make election day a national holiday no one should have to choose between putting food on their table and voting.
3
@im2tweaked that mainly has to do to the overwhelming disinformation coming from right wing news. From the lies about the election to the lies told about Afghanistan.
3
@jeffreygunn3530 that's not true at all. I bet Stacy Abraham can point out many. Either way not all states have a free state issued ID. If it costs money that would infringe on the 24th ammendment.
2
@jeffreygunn3530 The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay poll tax or other tax.
2
@im2tweaked that's OK. I don't mind giving away free information to people. But can you at least admit when I provide facts to to you. On other threads I'm getting nothing but crickets
2
@jeffreygunn3530 when I was younger I worked construction while doing night school. All cash work and I took the bus everywhere. I couldn't afford a car until I got out of school. I never had any ID. I never needed any ID. Even buying alcohol and cigarettes then never ID'd me. That didn't change the fact I had a right to vote.
2
@im2tweaked you're right. Not all of the economy works within the system though. Those are probably millions of Americans that still have the right to vote. Just saying that the constitution affords those people the right to not have to get that ID. Honestly for a group of people worried about the government tracking and big brother stuff you seem a lot more open to regulations when it fits your needs and not others.
2
@jamescross6109 once you vote your name is crossed off the rolls and it can't be used again. What part of that don't you get. Also, to get a mail in ballot you actually had to show ID.
2
@AnonYmous-wf1oz if there was an actual effort from the republican party to go into the black community it's of America and made sure each of them that wanted one had a picture ID for free, then maybe I could get behind it. Maybe, in return I would say the day should be a national holiday too so no one has to choose between their right to vote or food and shelter
2
@im2tweaked and like I've shown I will provide those sources
2
Why, congress is allowed to make laws. It all depends on if it goes against the constitution. This does not
2
@herbsuperb6034 a moral person would care about the capitol police that were hospitalized and died due to jan6
2
@atypicalmisanthrope it does not infringe on the constitution. That's already been found during the polio vaccine mandate.
2
@your_belief_vs_everything no it did not. It was a blanket mandate with no opt out. Where the hell did you come up with that.
2
@im2tweaked thanks, I appreciate it. I am not gloating about it I just wanted to give you some perspective, that's all.
2
@norse9251 the people who died were Officer Brian Sticknick Ashli Babbitt Benjamin Philips, 50, of Ringtown, Pennsylvania Kevin Greeson, 55, of Athens, Alabama Rosanne Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Georgia
2
@norse9251 that's a lie. He was in my list
2
@im2tweaked hey, I was thinking about your reply this morning and wanted to tell you I appreciated it. I think that was the fairest I've been treated on a fox board so once again, thank you. If you want to talk about anything else just let me know. I will give you unvarnished facts. And if I don't know I will say so.
2
@im2tweaked absolutely spot on. I may not ever vote the way you do but why does that have to define us as people. I look forward to talking with you again and I will do my best to keep the rhetoric tame. Have a great day.
2
Oh please. Dems aren't going anywhere.
2
Republicans have don't this in every state they control
2
@im2tweaked go to any district map in any red state. The districts are all over the place and are drawn by the state house reps. Most blue states have an independent third party that draws the maps.
2
@im2tweaked go to any red state district map and look yourself
2
@cherylsack21 there are still a few blue states that have their own people draw the redistricting maps. I can only guess you're young because this is done every 10 years due to population movement in America. Republicans have been doing this for generations. It's called gerrymandering. You should read up cause it's despicable. Even when democrats do it
2
@iknowreally that's not going to happen man. Vaccine mandates are legal and reaffirmed by the Supreme Court.
1
@swampfox8461 they did in 1915 for polio dummy. Why do you post this gs when you are ALWAYS wrong. Not sometimes either, every single thing you post is wrong.
1
@cherylmcintire649 name one fricking time democrats have been caught cheating. Just one fricking time. You can't because there is none. You're destroying this country by believing these lies and you don't seem to care.
1
You pray to God. We are not a Christian nation and haven't needed God in the past.
1
@im2tweaked glad we can agree on something. We probably agree on more but I am betting you have a lot of assumptions about me preventing a decent conversation.
1
99% of them, like usual. Weird you would say that when trump never had a coherent sentence. Just rambled on without point usually
1
@swampfox8461 they ruled in 1915 during polio. It's called legal precedent.
1
@mrbasshole301 was that English?
1
@doncourtreporter I own my own company so I do
1
@swampfox8461 how is it weak? Jacobson vs Massachusetts. It wasn't even a close vote either. It was 7-2 in favor of the mandate. You really shouldn't post anymore. You're full of misinformation
1
@mrbasshole301 wow, mature. If you think I am immature enough to meet you at your level you're wrong.
1
@MarkyMark2177 this doesn't either.
1
@norse9251 cherry picking quotes to make a point is pretty low. That being said I would have no issue ending g the republic. Let you guys pay your own way for a change
1
@thetruthchannel349 name one example. You won't because you cant
1
@your_belief_vs_everything dude, it's up to the courts to determine the constitutionality of a law. There have been federal voting g laws in the past and were deemed legal. Biden wouldn't have done this if Republicans didn't start writing g dozens of new laws to take power from the electors and give it to state houses. We are not going g to let you cheat man. I don't know why this is so hard for you to get?
1
@thetruthchannel349 bold type leads me to ignore your posts
1
@thetruthchannel349 which mechanisms are those and what bills did they pass for them to become law. You don't know because it's not a real thing.
1
@thetruthchannel349 I wouldn't say impressive but you sure do make an impression. If you spent a hair of your time off tic tok and you tube you may actually know some real facts
1
@hughwright1860 a moral person wouldn't allow a baby to grow up in poverty. A moral person wouldn't stop caring about that baby as soon as they're born. Republicans do not have the moral high ground in this because those kids will grow up in torturous conditions.
1
@tracybarhite1764 I believe it was Georgia that passed a law like that but I may be wrong. So many red states have passed bad election laws since the election that its hard to keep track.
1
@tracybarhite1764 the interpretation of the constitution shouldn't change just because the makeup of the courts does. Especially if it takes rights away like in abortion.
1
@tracybarhite1764 In Kansas, the secretary of state now needs the approval of a legislative committee to settle election-related lawsuits. In Arkansas, a new law empowers the state's elections commission to investigate every aspect of an election "without limitation." And in Arizona, Republican legislators moved to weaken the authority of Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, by limiting her ability to defend election lawsuits.
1
@BiteTheCurbNow my channel has plenty of saved videos and playlists. I don't make content
1
@tracybarhite1764 agreed
1
@BiteTheCurbNow if you can't see my playlists that's your problem.
1
@tracybarhite1764 in Arizona Republican legislator offered a bill this year that would allow a majority of the Legislature to revoke the certification of an election by the secretary of state. However, the bill has not passed. Even though it didn't pass, like the first iteration of the Georgia bill, it shows the efforts that are out there to thwart the integrity of their election. I do admit though. Georgia didn't pass that clause. My bad. But I do believe they proposed it.
1
@im2tweaked the officer was found to have had multiple injuries. Both from blunt force trauma and from multiple hits from stun guns.
1
@BiteTheCurbNow I'm just stating facts here. I know they go against what you've been told so it sounds like hate but I just want my republican Americans back. The media you consume lies a lot and it's destroying our country. As far as left wing media, they don't outright lie nearly as often. But I will agree that they're equally partisan.
1
@tracybarhite1764 the Democrat federal legislation is in response to the state laws that have e been passed. Why were they passed in the first place. It's not like there was any cheating found in that election.
1
@tracybarhite1764 there were no irregularities. None that warranted laws being changed.
1
@MH-bn2fm nit even close to truth.
1
@cherylsack21 well, I wouldn't say thrilled and we no longer have that system with all the laws Republicans have passed since that election
1
@Bhaal2334 there were no unsecured drop boxes other than the fake ones Republicans put out in California.
