Is it perfect? No. Are seatbelts? What they both do is drastically reduce their respective chances of a bad outcome. It was first commissioned by a GOP super pac and then dropped when trump won the nomination. Thats when the Clinton campaign picked it up. As for it being true, some was proven true, like the Russian disinformation campaign, some was proven false, and some were not able to be corroberrated. It was a dossier, not a fbi or Cia file. It's was a list of dirt he could dig up on trump and was not the only basis for the Mueller investigation. Facts matter bud
