When you lose bigly in November and 2024, because American women dont like your foot on their head, we can expand the court and just stack it. Then we will deal with the 2nd.

  14.  @thememo6019  still wouldn't have mattered if the fillabuster for Supreme Court nominees was intact. That's why the court used to be seen as non partisan. Because you needed 60 votes to fill a seat. Now, that's gone and we have this horrible mess. Read my last post about the fillabuster and the eventual and inevitable left wing packing g of the court within the next 5 years.

If he had the president to nominate, then he would have done the same actions because that's what his plan was all along. Hence him getting rid of the fillabuster. I concede that technically this is speculation but with a boat load of corroborating evidence seeing as he did what he always wanted to do.
