  1.  @BigKandRtv  the judge ordered a special master before the settlement was annonced. They knew fox lied about ruperts internal exchanges with hosts and managment. I think youre right, it will be admissable and also that the judge will probably start looking closer in the smatmatic case because of it. Maybe even a special master in that case too.
