There are also thousands of leases still out there that haven't been tapped yet. Maybe get your stats from places other than fox. Either way, it's from Canada and does not make us independent in any way.

It was coming from Alberta's tar sand in Canada a.d going to refineries on the gulf coasts to make bunker fuel for tankers. It wouldn't do anything to our fuel prices.
