  3. I find it particularly gross seeing this right wing display of fake patriotism to a country that was almost destroyed by the leader of their party. The fact they are also too lazy or too dumb to watch and understand what's being said in the Jan 6 hearings makes this display particularly abhorrent. Patriots wouldnt follow a man that tried to overthrow the will of the people. I had a feeling when I was growing up and learned how easily the north reincorperated the south into America was dangerous and shortsighted. Just the fact they still flew the battle flag of the effort to overthrow the country was a red flag to me. We now can see why

It's a good look as to how their populations were kept poor throughout our history. It is American history, you just don't like to hear about it.
