  3.  @dymphnaelsanto5577  you know it's true though. The real issue this year will be wheat. Ukraine services 25% of the global supply. Obviously their stockpiles are notaking it to market, on a side note there are even stories of Russia stealing what they do have. Now top that off with a wet and cold spring in north America and now Canada's and our wheat harvests will be lower too. It's not going to be a good year food wise.

Civilians cannot own a tank with operational guns or explosives unless they have a Federal Destructive Device permit or license. However, permits are rarely issued for the private use of active tanks. The National Firearms Act (NFA) regulates the sale of destructive devices and several other categories of guns.
