@CDWCAULDRON I don't disagree with any of the facts you presented regarding laws. The problem you keep forgetting is, he isn't the president anymore. He does not hold the authority or the powers of the executive branch and therefore is in serious legal jeopardy. Dozens of empty confidential folders? Where are the contents of thise folders? Who took them and who has them now? Why aren't you asking these questions?

@CDWCAULDRON no man, unless the actual document is stamped "declassified" on top of the classification marks at the top, it's not. Just looking at one without clearance would wind anyone up in jail. Taking 100's of them and now dozens are missing is literally the worst thing an ex president has ever done.

@CDWCAULDRON you are absolutely right. Neither does your opinion. Who's does is attorney General Garlands. Correct me if I'm wrong, didn't HE state the crimes that were committed? Didn't a magistrate sign off on the warrant? Hasn't alot of evidence been shown? Are you aware of all the empty files? Why aren't you concerned about that? Who know who has them or what classified info they contained.

Even then he can't keep much other than for a presidential library which , let's face it, would most likely be smut magazines in the waiting room of a Russian brothel.
