@Skydogg5555 He wasn’t charged with it because the person he tried to carjack had already left, it says it right in the video. They couldn’t charge him with it when there’s no longer a victim around to say that they want to press charges.

@ddo8521 They couldn’t go ask the person because they had already left when the officer who saw it told another officer. That’s exactly why they couldn’t charge him with it, because there was no victim there for them to get a statement from and agree to press charges.
