@rtru9801 Maybe watch again and pay attention this time, the guy shoved that kid FIRST, after that is when the kid threw his backpack off and shoved the guy back. The ONLY person responsible for 2 people losing their lives is the guy that took their lives. PERIOD

He absolutely should've been arrested for obstruction long before he threw his little temper tantrum.
224
@yogogoyogirlyogogoyo And apparently a drinking problem. It’s like everyone forgot the part that she said he’d been drinking when she talked to the dispatcher on the 911 call.
202
Considering that they falsified the report concerning her actions already I’m sure that they just wrote it up as an unfounded complaint 🤦🏻♀️ These officers are a disgrace to their profession
159
The fact that this psycho will be out of prison when he's still in his 30s is terrifying 😱 I'm glad that Adam was able to survive this and hope that he's recovering quickly and doing well ❤
156
This dude has most definitely killed a child before. He already admitted he took other children before and his attempts to escape twice to avoid giving his prints or DNA is just proof in my mind that he’s afraid that will link him back to a body. I hope that he gets time for these charges to give them time to match his DNA to other cases
145
And the worst part is she’s violated her probation multiple times and instead of revoking her and putting her back in jail they just let her attend outpatient treatment. Smh
138
@busdriverguy The baby survived.
96
When that little girl told the officer she loved him for saving her, I broke down crying. How absolutely heartbreaking 😢
65
@IWH559 Probably afraid they would get in trouble for the minor children in their custody being in a vehicle with a drunk, middle aged guy they're not related to. They decided to make cops aware of his other crimes to throw the heat off themselves.
61
@ReadyRock-ur5uv What OP said is absolutely correct, any other baby that isn't used to a chaotic and toxic environment would be terrified and crying their eyes out. This poor baby just sat there and didn't make a sound because it's grown accustomed to the screaming and chaos.
56
@asavagegarden Meals on wheels people aren’t even social workers, a lot are volunteers, that makes them even more heroic for calling in the welfare check in my eyes because I’m sure she had a social worker who rarely checked in with her and apparently her daughter/children weren’t alarmed that they hadn’t heard from their sickly mother in days.
54
@ddl4374 SHE didn’t know that they were there looking for a child in danger 🤦🏻♀️
49
He even tried to lead them back to the bedroom to show them something and they just kept dragging and pushing him out
43
It clearly said in the video that they were not only NOT held accountable, but that a judge also dismissed Joseph's family's lawsuit against the department.
43
She was there and saw it in person so I'm not sure why you think her seeing the video of it would make her think any differently than she did that night.
42
@elishmuel1976 it was a cut around his genital area, he didn’t actually cut it off. They were able to glue the skin, if it had been very deep it would have required surgery so it didn’t ruin the baby’s chances of a normal life
38
@thomasmartin8202 It was a vehicle she stole in Pennsylvania
33
@Sigmund1924 You must be as smart as the guards who were told multiple times by the manager at Lowes that he had permission to come and remove the pallets 🙄
27
Also typical with drunks, it’s like everyone completely ignores the fact that he had been drinking that day
27
They’re all family who lived in the same house together with her grandmother. It’s likely the only babysitter she could afford and nobody ever thinks that their own family member is going to abuse their child
26
@ChickenYale What are you talking about?? Every single one of the “friends” they spoke to said they didn’t like him, he was weird and that they stopped hanging out with him when he started doing weird stuff so how are they “of the same mentality”?? Not to mention, they all called and reported what they saw on the Snapchat which is how the police knew to look for him in the first place.
26
@RobbieStacks90 Are you serious??? He's locked in an empty room 12 hours a day with no clothes on, what do you expect??? He's just trying to escape his prison!!!😮😮😮
26
@_ksm0922 They could’ve recorded a short video and then let him go, but they provoked and taunted him. That evidence isn’t going to do much good when you’re dead, he could’ve just as easily ended them all and took the “evidence” with him.
24
@aspoonfullofkiwi she didn’t just barely know him, he was her cousin and they all lived in the same house with her grandmother. Nobody ever thinks their family member is going to abuse their kids and considering there’s multiple other people living there who probably don’t even work it’s probably the first time her cousin has been completely alone with the kid. When you’re poor and can’t afford daycare you would think you can trust your family to care for your child
24
Sadly the poor dog is probably used to his drunken antics
24
He had some Wheaties with his meth that morning
24
@ashlipope5079 So you think that she should just leave her kids outside on the sidewalk alone?
23
The probation/parole office is in the very same building too so I'm shocked they don't have a metal detector in the lobby or a wand for security to pass over everyone who enters the building at bare minimum 😮
22
@marktwainathan It took them that long because they lived in a rural area, not because they were sitting around twiddling their thumbs.
21
She didn’t, the explosion was in an inner part of the building, she was already outside when it went off
21
@adambane1719 How in the world would that spoil the video?
21
This poor couple got evicted from their home because of this attention seeking woman’s blatant lies, if that’s not a reason to sue then idk what is!! 😡
21
@Astra2 I really hope they did and that it didn’t have to go to a shelter, poor puppers
20
@peztopher7297 No it was all the lady in the red dress who did all that, it was the mom’s friends who came later to ride to the hospital with him and take him home
19
@biffbuffington4393 you didn’t see her because she was blurred out when they were talking to her and her 2 sons, not because she wasn’t there 6:02
18
This is absolutely heartbreaking, that brave girl surely saved her and her siblings lives 💔 it’s so sad to hear that they were taken advantage of and still victimized after they were finally free from their parents abuse
17
@sarahmcfadden8990 he said he’d just got out of jail and off probation, I guarantee that’s the same time that fence went up
17
I’m the type who has no clue who this person is, no clue what they’re talking about and based on their charges NEVER want to find out 🤢
17
Yeah that kid really got to me 😢
17
@livetotell100 You should really look up how abused children behave more or maybe listen to the podcast “ suffer the children” if you think he wouldn’t want anything to do with her. Abused children will do ANYTHING to please their abusers. The officer watched the actual video instead of seeing the blurred out video we all seen and saw her pick him up by the neck and pick him up and slam him on the ground, so no he wasn’t just “flailing around”
16
@LoriKasprzak-kc7xc Why would he be cited for disability fraud? You don’t get disability from the VA unless you’ve been medically discharged and go to THEIR doctor’s to get proof of your disability. Did you even watch the video or did you just have problems comprehending it? This guy is NOT a criminal, that’s why he got his money back and the judge refused to dismiss his lawsuit against the police.
16
Unfortunately, his fatal head injury had already been received before he was strapped in the chair so while it was cruel of them to say that, it wouldn't have changed the outcome. My major complaint was the "mental health professionals" who likely had no more professional training than a general counselor. If they had done their jobs properly and actually kept him calm, medicated or counseled him correctly, he likely wouldn't have even inflicted the fatal injury on himself to begin with.
15
@daltonparker7792 It’s awful funny that he was able to provide ALL of the proof that was required for him to get his money back. Take your ASSumptions elsewhere because there’s no way he would’ve gotten it back or that any judge would’ve refused to dismiss the lawsuit against the police if there was even a whiff of impropriety or criminal activity going on here.
15
@chriss7701 You have to be trolling...
15
Yes she is, plus she's a liar. If she had actually paid him the reward money hi might not have killed her cat in retaliation. He's still a sicko but he kept Bean for 10 weeks hoping she would pay him.
14
BOTH of their actions were criminal
14
@JustinBrown-w5g Yes I'm sure his dad didn't contribute a single penny to starting up that business. It's clear by the video that he gets by on his own merit and doesn't try to use his dad's celebrity status at all. 🤣🤣🤣
14
@mikecaulkroes How do you know they got the kids back? That kind of information is usually not released, do you know the parents personally?
13
@chrism4008 his comment did not imply that he could do better at all, you obviously misread it or just decided to take it as a negative perspective for some reason
